Get Fit,
Stay Fit!
About Me
"If you had an entire day off to do whatever you enjoy most, what would you do?" That was the question that guided me into the wonderful world of fitness. That was when I realized that I could use my passion for exercise and nutrition not only to benefit myself but also to help others so I immediately switched my major from business to fitness and graduated from Salem State College as a Presidential Scholar. I then went on to get certified through ACE as a Personal Trainer and Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant. In 1999, I was named Bally Total Fitness Trainer of the Year for the New England Region. Soon after, I realized the joy of teaching group fitness classes and took a position at the Beacon Hill Athletic Clubs in Boston where I was able to help people one on one and in a group setting. I was also given the opportunity to take over the club's Charitable Foundation, through which I have assisted in raising over $100,000 for various local and international charitable organizations. In 2001, I was named Employee of the Quarter. In addition to my work at the BHAC, I have been leading a senior citizen walking group and group fitness class for the Beacon Hill Village for the past 7 years.
There is nothing I enjoy more than seeing my clients achieve goals they'd never imagined possible and being able to convince them to believe in themselves and in their abilities.
